Collaborative Problem Solving Between Staff and Leadership
Purpose
The Edison Leadership Initiative ELI is a partnership between district leadership and employee representatives including site administrators, teachers, and classified staff working together to support the District’s Local Control and Accountability Plan.
More importantly, ELI is not simply a discussion forum. It is a structured problem solving team where staff and leadership identify barriers, clarify expectations, and develop practical solutions so our work can be carried out consistently across our schools.
